YouTuber Dr Pimple Popper claims her channel has been demonetized


The YouTuber has spoken out about her disappointment after her videos were demoed.

The hit channel made around £82,000 a month between 2014 and 2016, but the doctor claimed her videos aren’t doing as well anymore.

Sandra has revealed that her pimple popping content is considered too graphic for monetization, meaning her revenue stream has dried up overnight.


She has argued that her skin treatment videos are educational and should not be punished in this way.

YouTube has denied that the videos of Dr. Pimple poppers cannot be monetized.

The social media company has indicated that certain advertisers may not be comfortable placing their content on videos that could be viewed as graphic videos, but deny that advertisers are not allowed to do so if they so choose.
