The Women’s Super League has been an ever-growing endeavor after turning professional for the first time in 2011 and now the fruits of that effort can be seen as England enjoy their first trophy (male or female) since 1966.

Many of those who attended the final on Sunday 31 July will soon be playing for their club side when the Women’s Super League resumes in September, such as Lioness captain Williamson and Golden Boot winner Beth Mead the Euro 2022, which will soon return to Arsenal.

The new season begins on Sunday September 11, 2022 and ends on Sunday May 28, 2022.

The games will be available on different platforms. The FA player shows most matches, while the others are on Sky Sports and BBC One or BBC iPlayer.

There are currently 12 professional sides playing in the Women’s Super League and Chelsea are the current reigning champions.

Tickets can be purchased through each individual club which can be accessed through FA website.

Ticket costs depend on where the game is taking place (whether they’re using the main stadium or a smaller ground) and depend on who’s playing.

Prices are usually between £8 and £15 for adults and there is a 25% discount for those who buy tickets before 11.59pm the day before the game.
