A former personal trainer at El Lay may be holding the secret to the best orgasm(s) of your life–or so many people who have raved about his services say.
Yes, there seems to be a mysterious man who claims he’s unlocked the key to the kingdom of ultimate pleasure and is sharing his techniques with the world! The guy who keeps his identity anonymous and is known only by the name “The O-Man” runs an entire company focused on helping people reach the big O through his program called The O system, where you pay $300 to access its secrets through remote or in-person training. If you’re curious what they are, well, he finds that better orgasm is all about a person’s… orientation. We’re not joking here! Its mission statement says on the website:
“If you’re someone who has had trouble cumming while masturbating or having sex, you may feel like you’re ‘broken’ or that something is ‘wrong’ with you. You may feel embarrassed, angry, confused or exhausted, you may be told to “just relax” or the problem is “it’s all in your head”. Well, what if it wasn’t? What if the secret to orgasms, more pleasure, and a more fulfilling, connected sex life is not just in your head, but in your joints, muscles, and the alignment of your hips and spine?”

In his sessions, he appears to assess a client’s posture and help align their spine and pelvis through things like Theragune or other vibrating tools and massage therapy. Basically, he finds that the ability to have an orgasm can be greatly improved by releasing the tension in the body and realigning everything.
Before anyone starts to think that this can’t be true, an article by says MEL magazine, he’s been called “the secret orgasm whisperer of the valley” – and many women seem to agree! Several even told the outlet that he was a “damn genius.” His testimonials are full of praise, with many saying he helped them orgasm for the first time or multiple times in a row:
“With O-Man training, my posture improved, my body felt better, and my orgasms became extended and almost endless. It really amazes me how the orgasmic energy just keeps rolling and rolling, like huge tsunamis of pleasure instead of little sneezes of relief.”Advertisement
“The O Man unleashed the magic of my own body and changed my life. I came to him not believing that my body could orgasm and in one session he made me orgasm multiple times.”
“Through these weekly sessions, I completely transformed my relationship with my body. I found strength I didn’t know I had. Each week I feel the improvement in my tertiary muscles – by strengthening these muscles I have developed better gross and fine motor skills. I have no knee or shoulder problems and have successfully avoided costly diagnostics and imaging. With its help, I have established new patterns and pathways, and my body communicates differently with my mind. My body and my sex life have never been stronger.”Advertisement

And doctors also think that there are great ideas behind his practice! Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Founder of Body Co. Health and Wellness, Melanie Stevens Sutherlandsaid shine:
“Without being overly familiar with the concept, it certainly wouldn’t be ruled out that orgasm enhancement could be a really incidental by-product of increasing alignment. One of the things we know when we look at pelvic health is that one of the main functions of the pelvic floor is sexual tone [the tone of the vaginal and rectal canals and their ability to contract and relax for a positive sexual experience], pleasure and enjoyment. What we are looking for is a good balance between muscle tone and muscle mobility. So he is not wrong that good alignment optimizes these conditions.”Advertisement
Christ PramudjiMD also noted:
“I agree that alignment is important and that it can definitely affect pelvic pain. There’s no scientific data or evidence, but logically what he’s doing makes sense. Because when things aren’t aligned properly, the muscles cramp up, they constrict blood flow, which isn’t so good for the pelvic area. It is possible that [the O-Man’s techniques] could really make a big difference.”Advertisement
So how did The O-Man get into this business? In conversation with shine, he shared he was a personal trainer and had an accident at “a bougie gym in Burbank” and injured the dorsal scapular nerve in his back. While he “shrugged off the injury like a guy” for a few years, he later began physical therapy and psychotherapy:
“I was diagnosed with anxiety and then started following a basic path of hip stretches and steps to relax the neck, which would help with anxiety or panic attacks.”Advertisement
During that time, he told the publication that his family members were also diagnosed with lung disease and decided to do some research to help:
“Help them. I wanted to learn as much as possible about breathing, which is also related to the ribs, which is also related to my injury.”Advertisement
The sex expert then examined the muscle groups, specifically the deep anterior muscle line, which “gives stability and structure to your body.” His physical therapist eventually told him to put together both the physical and emotional exploration, stating:
“It became a quest to find out what would affect that deep line. And the things I learned that affected the deep line affected all the muscles along it, including the pelvic floor.Advertisement
“It is important to remember that nothing in life or the body happens in isolation. So when you sit in the training context and you do a machine that is a bicep curl, there are a few other things that happen. Your hips are shortened; They usually sit in a seat. All of these things don’t get quantified while you’re busy training your biceps. So it’s the things that you neglect when you’re doing the basic movements that really intrigued me, and that translates very easily into an intimate context.Advertisement
By 2019, The O-Man was testing everything he had learned. He was dating a woman one night and noticed that she was misaligned. And after doing some exercises, he was reportedly able to make her orgasm 42 times in two hours!
42 TIMES IN TWO HOURS?!?!? What?!
She then posted about the experience on a Facebook group and urged others to visit him:
“This guy will make you squirt.”Advertisement
He soon became interested in making women “cum for minutes until they have an expanded sexual response and hallucinate.” When the 2020 pandemic hit and his work as a trainer waned, he founded the company and has been helping people reach their orgasmic potential ever since.
Heck… Can we expect to see an O-Man storyline? And just like that… next season? LOLz!
