Amana Walker aka The Spotlight Coach said: “It’s not just the people I coach on The Spotlight that need to do this – in a busy world like this we all need to stop and think about where we stand. We tend to place ourselves at the bottom of our own list and that keeps us from doing the things that are important to us – for you it may be about achievement or success or living the life you love want to live.

“The truth is we can sometimes be our own worst enemies and that only increases the pressure we are under. But I’ve coached so many top sports professionals and famous recording artists over the years, and I can talk about why we do some of the things we do, the impact that has and how, with confidence, we can transform our lives. I love that the things we talk about in The Reset Room are so relevant to everyone. It’s amazing how powerful a personal reset can be. It’s worth listening to the free tips – either for yourself or to help someone you know.”

Kay Woodburn of Gritty People said: “I work with top athletes all the time and there’s a really good understanding in this industry that physical health and fitness isn’t the only thing that matters – your mind needs to be strong too.
