Mazic News’s popular podcast returns for a second series, covering topics like burnout and making the most of your time
Do you want to reach your full potential in life? Tired of feeling stressed or that your best is never good enough? The Reset Room podcast helps with lots of practical advice on the trials and tribulations of everyday life.
The Reset Room opened last year and covered topics as diverse as ‘life after lockdown’ and ‘preparing for winter’.
Host Kelly Crichton joined forces with life coaching and personal development experts Amana Walker and Kay Woodburn of Gritty People to discuss issues that are really impacting people’s lives, such as anxiety, imposter syndrome and toxic environments.
Listener feedback on the first series has been really positive, with some reporting significant changes in their lives as a result of the advice they heard on the podcast.
In this new series, we’ll cover topics like burnout and how to avoid it, valuing time, and why we think we’re not good enough and what we can do about it.
The second series will also have a number of special guests, including broadcaster and psychotherapist Alistair Appleton, who will speak to Kelly about anxiety and give listeners great insight and some very practical tips.
