Who will host Gillette Soccer Saturday during the 2022/23 Premier League season?

Jeff Stelling, the legendary presenter of Sky Sports’ Football Saturday, has confirmed he will be hosting the show for at least one more season.

Stelling announced in October 2021 that he plans to retire at the end of the 2021–22 season, but has since reversed the decision and will stay for another season.

He explained: “Sky Sports is my home and the Football Saturday team is a big part of my life. As the end of the season approached and I prepared to say goodbye, I realized I wasn’t ready to leave the best work in the world.

“I’m thrilled to be staying and look forward to taking the show forward and creating more special afternoons on Sky Sports.”

Jeff Stelling is expected to be joined at Soccer Saturday Studio by familiar faces such as Paul Merson, Tim Sherwood, Michael Dawson, Clinton Morrison and many more.

Julian Warren will also continue in his role as host of the show midweek.

However, he will no longer be joined by Chris Kamara, who has stepped down from the show after 24 years with Sky Sports.

Kamara said: “My long career at Sky Sports has never felt like work. I spent 24 great years at Sky and I go back with the best memories. My time on Soccer AM, Goals on Sunday and of course Soccer Saturday with Jeff has been incredible, to put it mildly. I’ve had the best time of my life and look forward to being a fan every Saturday.”
