At the 2017 European Championship, the English team achieved their best-ever result and reached the semi-finals before losing 3-0 to the Dutch.

On home turf, however, England hoped to go one step further this year and reach the final. With that achievement, all eyes will be on whether the Lionesses can lift the historic trophy at Wembley.
