The UFC returns to London for a second time in 2022 and one of the most significant bouts of the night pits rising star Paddy Pimblett against Jordan Leavitt.

Pimblett has fought twice in the UFC since making his debut last year but has already built a solid reputation in the sport after noting comprehensive victories over Luigi Vendramini and Rodrigo Vargas.

The Liverpool native is set to make a big step forward in the form of Jordan Leavitt. Known as the “King of the Apes,” Leavitt is considered a major lightweight talent with a career-to-date record of 10 wins and one loss.

Pimblett has promised an end to this showdown soon, describing the fight as “light night work”.

The entire fight will be broadcast live on BT Sport in the UK.

Coverage of the preliminary rounds is scheduled to begin at 5pm BST and the main show is scheduled to begin at 8pm. Pimblett and Leavitt are scheduled to start around 9:30 p.m.

Paddy Pimblett is an English mixed martial artist. Known in the UK as Paddy the Baddy, he is considered one of the most exciting lightweight fighters.

Paddy Pimblett began training in mixed martial arts at the age of 15 and became a professional fighter by the age of 17, winning all three of his first round bouts.

He has received multiple awards during his MMA career, winning the 2015 FCC Featherweight Championship and the 2016 Cage Warriors Featherweight Championship. During his MMA career, Pimblett had a strong record of 16 wins and 3 losses, a form that led to his joining the UFC.

Since his promotion to UFC Paddy, the villain has already made a big impression by winning the performance of the night in his two bouts against Luigi Vendramini and Rodrigo Vargas.

Pimblett has lost around 49 pounds in preparation for his third UFC appearance. At the weigh-in for that fight, Pimblett weighed in at 156 pounds before baring his butt to mock critics who claimed he couldn’t handle the weight for the fight.
