Sophie said she decided not to take advantage of her old home The sun: “We didn’t sell it – we don’t rent the house, we’re just handing over our keys to an incredible family to start a new chapter in their life so they too can build the life they dreamed of.”

“That I am even able to do this is something I will never truly believe and will never stop being thankful for. But for me personally, it’s one of the most incredible feelings in the world to see another family have the relief and happiness in their lives that they deserve because they’ve been through so much.”

A third added: “This story is not as fabulous as you make it out to be. You’re led to believe that she’s letting a random homeless stranger move in rent-free. Instead, it’s just her sister (who might be homeless and doesn’t have a pot to p***).”
