The reality TV show star shared a before and after photo of herself on Instagram on Aug. 9.

He wrote: “I’m never one to post about how I go to the gym or what I train blah blah blah – maybe because I’m a little embarrassed to do it.

“It turns out that weight training, a good diet, and not just cardio can make a difference for your body and mind!”

Jamie said he’s been training with Shaun Stafford for the past few weeks and plans to continue his fitness journey.

Jamie showed off his transformation on Instagram.

Jamie’s fitness transformation comes as he prepares to marry his fiancée, Sophie Habboo.

The couple are set to marry in May 2023 – a fact Sophie let slip during a recent interview on Good Morning Britain.

The couple had planned to keep their upcoming nuptials a secret, but Sophie accidentally told host Richard Madeley that the big day was May 19.
